Please Help Us Help The Dogs
Rogers' Rescues is an all-breed 501 (c)(3) non-profit dog rescue. We are 100% funded by adoption fees and donations. Donations can also be mailed to: Rogers' Rescues, 531 Route 22 East, Suite 191, Whitehouse Station, NJ 08889
Volunteer Application

Rogers' Rescues is a 100% volunteer-run group.

Without volunteers our group could not exist so we THANK YOU for your interest.

Please review the following before you complete the Volunteer Application. Once your application is submitted, a volunteer will contact you via email to set up a phone interview.

All volunteers must have a home computer with internet access and be online and in touch with our rescue several times a week. After your phone interview, you are required to take online training. This training can be completed from your home computer at any time and will take you a total of about 5-6 hours to complete.

Volunteers interested in fostering will have additional training and undergo a home visit. Foster home volunteers must also be willing to drive a minimum of 1 hour in order to attend adoption events, meet potential adopters and pick up foster dogs. If approved as a volunteer, you will be invited to join the Rogers' Rescues Volunteer Yahoo! Group site where volunteers chat and offer ideas and support.

Volunteers must be 21 years of age or older. Children of adult volunteers are invited to attend and help out at adoption events upon the adult volunteer signing a junior volunteer waiver for the child. The adult volunteer must accompany the child to the event.

As a Rogers' Rescues volunteer, you agree to abide by the policies and procedures defined by Rogers' Rescues and to carry out volunteer duties to the best of your abilities, in a professional and mature manner, and without any compensation. Rogers' Rescues has the right to dismiss any volunteer from the group who has falsified information, does not follow the Rogers' Rescues policies and procedures or does not represent Rogers' Rescues in a manner in which the group wishes to be represented.

Please complete as fully as possible. All items marked with a red asterisk are required. If you navigate away from this page before you hit SUBMIT, you will have to begin again.
